On September 3, 2024, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the launch of the third anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) sunset reviews on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipes from China.

Meanwhile, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) instituted the third AD and CVD reviews on the subject products from China to see whether revoking the existing AD and CVD orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The interested parties should file their responses to the USITC on or before the deadline of October 3, 2024, and the comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed by November 12, 2024.
