Emirates Steel Arkan, the UAE’s largest steel and building materials firm, rebranded as EMSTEEL on September 5. The change aims to enhance global expansion and operational transformation.

CEO Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainability and a low-carbon supply chain.

EMSTEEL operates 16 plants, producing 3.5 million tons of steel and 4.6 million mt of cement, with exports to over 70 markets.

Aligned with the UAE’s Net Zero by 2050 goal, 80% of its operations run on clean energy, making EMSTEEL a leader in low-carbon steel production.
