On September 3, 2024, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) initiated a sunset review to determine whether revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The interested parties should file their responses to the USITC no later than October 3, 2024, and the comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed by November 12, 2024.
