According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that India’s stainless steel bars were sold at prices lower than a fair value to the US market during the period of review from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023.

At the same time, the USDOC also determined that one India’s producer/exporter didn’t sell its products subject to the review below normal value during the period of review.

The weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Laxcon Steels Limited and its affiliates was 0.70%, and Astrabite and Venus Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates received the same dumping margin. Aamor Inox was assigned with 0.40% (de minimis).

The determination took effect on September 10, 2024.
