• Fee Structure: The existing fee of EGP 9,000 per ton remains unchanged.

• Product Scope: The measure applies to goods classified under customs code 7204.21 (stainless steel alloy scrap and waste).

Scope and Exemptions
    The regulation includes an exemption for shipments destined for production projects within Egypt's free zones, provided these shipments remain within government-approved limits.
